This Terms of Use Agreement (referred as “Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between Onetap Design [legal entity name “Magenta Square SRL”] (reffered as "Onetap") and the website user (reffered as "User") with regard to access and use of the Onetap website: https://onetap.design/ (reffered as “Website”) and any other media form, channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto. By accessing or using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If the User does not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, they must not access the Website.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website, its content, and any trademarks, service marks, and logos (the “Marks”) are the property of Onetap and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and any other applicable intellectual property law or regulation. The content and Marks are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without Onetap’s express prior written permission.

2. Ownership of Materials

All design and original source files created on behalf of clients (“Projects”) belong to the respective client, and the client is the sole owner of the copyright for all Projects. Clients warrant that any materials provided to Onetap during the design process are owned by the client and do not infringe on any third party’s rights.

3. User Representations

By using the Website, the User represents and warrants that they have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms of Use and will not use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not use the Website for any purpose other than its intended use. Further, Users agree to refrain from prohibited activities including unauthorized use of the Website, attempting to disrupt security features, and engaging in unauthorized framing or linking of the Website, among others.

5. Client Feedback

Any feedback provided by the User shall be considered the property of Onetap, which may use and disseminate it without acknowledgment or compensation to the User.

6. Management and Oversight

Onetap reserves the right to monitor the Website for violations of these Terms of Use and to take appropriate legal action in response to a violation.

7. Privacy Policy

By using the Website, Users agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

8. Modification

Onetap reserves the right to change, alter, modify, amend, or remove content on the Website without notice and without liability to Client.
