The Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Designer to join our dynamic team on a flexible freelance basis, with the potential to transition into a part-time or full-time role. You will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning branding, graphics and marketing materials that will captivate our clients and their audiences. You'll collaborate with other multidisciplinary designers and work on a variety of exciting Crypto, NFT, DeFi, Gaming and Metaverse projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, loves challenges and is passionate about creating impactful designs.

What You'll Do:

• Create Great Visuals: Produce eye-catching and impactful visuals, develop a wide range of creative assets, from web graphics to marketing materials, that effectively align with our clients' branding and messaging.
• Meeting Deadlines: Deliver work on time and ensure that all designs meet our quality standards.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with our internal design team and clients to ensure your designs align with project goals.
• Mockup & Usability Test: Create mockups and conduct usability testing to validate design concepts and ensure they meet the requirements.
• Ensure Consistency: Maintain and evolve client’s visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Adapt Quickly: Adjust and fine-tune designs according to feedback and changing project requirements.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies, proactively incorporating them into your work.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven Experience: You have a strong portfolio showcasing your visual design expertise.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in design software such as Figma (used 99% of the time), Adobe Creative Suite, and others.
• Creative Flair: A keen eye for design and a passion for creating visually compelling content.
• On-demand Availability: Ability to quickly respond to project requests and adapt to varying workloads.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve design challenges efficiently.
