The Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team on a flexible freelance basis, with the potential to transition into a part-time or full-time role. You will play an essential role by creating high-quality, visually striking, and user-friendly designs for applications and websites. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary designers and work on a variety of exciting Crypto, NFT, DeFi, Gaming and Metaverse projects. What You'll Do:

• Create Engaging Designs: Develop high-fidelity, visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for Web3 applications and websites.
• Meeting Deadlines: Deliver work on time and ensure that all designs meet our quality standards.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with our internal design team and clients to ensure designs meet business objectives and user needs.
• Ensure Consistency: Maintain and evolve visual brand identities, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
• Prototype & Test: Create wireframes, prototypes, and conduct usability testing to validate design concepts.
• Adapt Quickly: Iterate on designs based on feedback and changing project requirements.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, proactively incorporating them into your work.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven Experience: You have a good portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design expertise.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in design software such as Figma (used 99% of the time), Adobe Creative Suite, and others.
• Creative Flair: A keen eye for design and a passion for creating visually compelling content.
